Long-term housing

Local support through the Geneva rental process, from a focused search to moving into a home that fits your daily life.

Your long-term housing search

  1. Build your search and application file

We refine criteria, neighbourhoods and commute needs, then organise the documents relevant to your situation.

  2. Research, shortlist and view

We select relevant properties and arrange up to six viewings, with you or remotely where feasible.

  3. Submit and follow up

We assist with agreed applications, agency communications and practical questions about the lease.

  4. Prepare the move-in

We help organise the key handover and accompany the agreed move-in inspection, with time reserved within the package.

Practical questions

Which leases and search area does this cover?

Leases of 3 months or longer, with a base search area covering the canton of Geneva. Work outside this area or an extended search requires a separate agreement.

What is included in the search allowance?

The minimum-fee package includes up to 3 months of search and 20 total hours of support. Research, communications, applications, travel, key collection, viewings and handover all use this allowance. Up to six viewings are included within that total. A tailored allowance is confirmed in your quote when fees exceed the minimum.

What happens if I stop or need additional work?

If you stop early, agreed work is billed up to CHF 1,200 in total, including the CHF 500 initial payment. Additional work requires your prior agreement and is charged at CHF 180/hour. Your written agreement sets out the details. Housing availability and landlord acceptance cannot be guaranteed. If the included search period or support hours are exhausted without securing accommodation, we discuss an extension with you. Without an extension, completed work is charged up to CHF 1,200, including the initial payment.
