Practical questions
Can we start before I arrive?
Yes. We can prepare your roadmap remotely, so you know what to organise before your journey and which tasks depend on your arrival or accommodation.
Does the roadmap include doing every task for me?
The roadmap is a planning service. Housing searches, school visits, insurance administration and other hands-on support are separate services that you can choose if needed.
Do you handle residence permits?
We can help you understand the relevant administrative steps, prepare a document checklist and coordinate with your employer where needed. Employers often handle the work-related application, depending on your nationality and situation. Your roadmap covers planning and responsibilities; hands-on help with a dossier or submission is agreed separately. Any submission on your behalf requires the appropriate authorisation. The authorities decide on eligibility and approval.
